Azure OpenAI provider

Enterprise companies use OpenAi through Microsoft Azure

So there should be built-in Azure OpenAI adapter
probably based on OpenAI adapter itself

An Azure adapter is now available in main. It will be released as part of 1.1. Please try it out and let me know if you see any issues. It does support Open AI and the tests actually use gpt-4.1.

( There is a separate AzureOpenAI adapter I want to make that uses the responses API but I don't have permissions to see thought traces an Azure so it's hard to test. Maybe will come later. )
