Feature Request : Responsive Footer

Footer has already been created #15. But it is not responsive i.e. to say not working as intended in mobile devices.
Try modifying the already written CSS (e.g. add media queries) to make it responsive.

• Fork this repo if you haven't already, then make your own branch. When the changes are finalized, simply merge into main and create a PR on this repo.
• Also, remember to fetch upstream changes.
