Feature required : Simple textbox and a button to signup for our newsletter

Sample layout is available on Discord → Elixir Server → elixir-website channel.
Create a simple form as a separate part of the home-page for newsletter signup. Don't create it at the end (footer) of the page. It will be in another issue.
