add test files for all functions in the package

For now there are [test files](https://github.com/EcoFoG/ForestData/tree/master/tests/testthat) for only 2 functions: `check_rename_variable_col` and `correc_alive` . Making test files for all functions in the package will help make sure future changes don't create unexpected bugs.
