Integration of plant hydraulics module into STEMMUS-SCOPE

There are some actions that need to be finished before merging PHS into the main branch:

• module develop
• solve conflicts
• set plant hydraulics options via input_data.xlsx
• set stomatal conductance options via input_data.xlsx
• set soil layers via input_soilLayThick.csv
• set parameters such as RTB, rootDepth for specific sites
• delete clear all, clc
• compare the results of PHS branch with the results by the old version
• create new executable file
