[Feature Request] Config Option: Disable Small Pile variants

Like the title says, requesting to add a feature to remove the "smile pile of ___" variants from the mod, toggled by a config option. May be expanded to be specific to each material, or global. Either way, my test case is "can I use a config option to enable/disable tiny piles of Blaze Powder?".
