Handle dependencies

To make sure all the dependencies are installed, for running the scripts, we could either:

• transform it into a package (such that you can automagically install dependencies upon install)
• use renv to set up controlled environment (this is probably a bit harder for those not using it already)
• google collab?

What is your opinion?

I like the second one, but I don't know how hard it is to install renv...
