Gems path install

Hi,

I am trying a new installation and I have problems because my user is esrocos. Could it be possible to change gems_install_path by "$HOME/.autoproj/gems" or "~/.autoproj/gems". Thank you!

I think it is an issue to fix in next releases because now it is only possible to install esrocos (master) in a user called 'taste', isn't?

This corresponds to #26 and is difficult for that exact reason. The default username is different for the different distributions of TASTE, in the other issue it is mentioned, that ~/.autoproj/gems probably won't work for ruby/gem reasons. If $HOME works needs to be tested.

If this does not work out, the solution would be to remove the config.yml file altogether (because anyway, it was originally meant to support quick default installation, not being the standard way) or to use autoproj reconfigure. Both options seem not really nice on first glance.

The best solution would probably be to either patch the file during the install script or to ask the user (which was meant to be avoided).
