conda openssl requirement

Hello,

I've just installed a version of synda from scratch via conda. The daemon fails as it can't find the required libssl.1.1

Conda had installed Openssl v3. Changing this to openssl=1.1 instead, resolves this issue and the daemon starts happily.

Hi Chris thanks for reporting this issue, I will make sure to make the hard constraint in the next build
