"Video" Trigger

We need to be able to configure the triggers in a way that they only fire once at the start of a move, stay high for the move or fire once at the end. Best would be if the time when the trigger happens could be defined. We would need this for example ,when shooting video, because you don't want to trigger the camera every frame then.
