Automatically locate "Tests" folder #15
Description
If a folder contains a folder called "Tests", but no tests of its own, we could be more helpful:
]dtest c:\devt\isolate
0 tests passed in 0.0s
... could be interpreted as I had typed ...
]dtest c:\devt\isolate\tests
