Support or disable coloring in command prompt.

The \033[34m style only works on *nix-based terminals/shells. People using command prompt just see the actual characters typed out and it makes the menu really hard to read.

I tested this on command prompt and powershell and the colors work? Perhaps we tested on an older windows?

We need to confirm what's causing the problem before making changes to address this. If anyone is seeing a program that has no coloring, and weird "[33m" characters in the menu. Tell us what windows version your running, and how you're starting the program.
