Capacitor discharge resistor

Shouldn't there be a small resistor in series with the capacitor and the encoder contacts to prevent the cap short circuit to GND?

Hello, yes you are right!
I know that my filter design it's not very good... That was a quick and dirty solution, my original plan was to don't put any filter and do all in FW. I'm still work on it...
