Input File with Predefined Range List

Can you make a version that can read from input.txt or range.txt, but the range list will be like this:

The idea is good, I suggest the range file must contain ranges in same format [sr:er] and system read one range at a time and process and so on. In this way we can search only ranges we are interested in.

range file ex: [-r ranges.txt]
