Convert to Use for Android Java

I am looking to convert this library source code to Android Java. Is this possible? and is there a way to do it?

Maybe look on how can you run C# in Java, doing a quick search I've found this:

You will have to explore on your own how to do this.

For my part, I want the library to be able to extract a Json format from the CAD files, which it would allow to be read in any other software or code, you will need to execute the .NET library somehow, but once is stored you should be good to go.
