"Sequence contains no elements" exception

This exception is raised on test files sample_AC1027.dwg and sample_AC1032.dwg
when trying to Entity.GetBoundingBox() function call.
In both cases the entiry index (base 0) is 43, entity type is SPLINE.

Hi @bealni,

This is caused by the SPline generation, check UpdateFromFitPoints before calling GetBoundingBox.

Check if Knots and ControlPoints are not empty which depens on the SPline generation system in place.

I'll take a look an see if this can be improved, but the method UpdateFromFitPoints cannot be called without the users knowing because it may change or reset the Spline shape.
