Question about BM itself #29

Hi !
So I was wondering, how up-to-date is your implementation (do you have latest version of protocol implemented).
Is this (BitMessage) still being used...
So more general question, does it make sense to invest time into getting client to work at all... Tried to get official client working, but having problems there, but since there is no support forums, I have no idea if problem is with their client, my network setup or something totally different.
