improve .env file setup

• make the paths look the same instead on two using file:/// and one not
• check if it is possible to add {pwd} to the path for current directory or add a current directory field in the .env file and use it for other links there.
• add an environment file ready to use to sandbox usecase to point to and run
• by default, if in a directory and there is no environment file path set, SCAFFOLD should look for .env file in the current path
