Migrating from adldap2 to LdapRecord help

Hello,

I've been using adldap2 in my app but it's time to migrate to LdapRecord as suggested.

But I have not seen a guide so I wanted to know - is the API different? Will I need a lot of changes? Or it's similar?

I haven't read the documentation of LdapRecord yet I just want to get an idea of what to expect before I start.

I was wondering if it's backwards compatible or I will have to refactor all the code?

Hi @TheUpdaterMan,

There is no upgrade guide. LdapRecord was completely built from the ground up and poses significant differences to Adldap2.

I would suggest following the getting started guide on ldaprecord.com and replace Adldap2 directly.
