Null Error In Preparation Edit (in Schedule edit)

Describe the bug
schedule create/edit form 에서 preparation step 스크린으로 이동후 flutter inspect으로 select widget mode 활성화시 에러 발생합니다.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '스케쥴 수정 폼 -> 준비과정 편집 페이지'
2. Click on 'flutter inspect mode and enable select widget mode'
3. See error
