Support for Datadog Teams

Expected Behavior

I would like to be able to set teams responsible for given service. I would to assign to given teams:

• The service so that it appears in teams overview - I couldn't find a way to achieve that with current implementation.
• All monitors created by plugin - this can be achieved be manually settings team:<team-handle> but plugin should do that automatically.

Actual Behavior

There is no way to set teams on service.

• Serverless Framework version: 3.38.0
• Datadog Serverless Plugin version: 5.62.0
• Lambda function runtime (Python 3.7, Node 10, etc.): Node 20
