[BUG] Generic error when trying to create a Proposal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Create Proposal
2. Click on Publish button
3. Sign message in Blocto
4. Generic error appears

Expected behavior
Everything seems ok when creating a Proposal but at the last step I receive a generic error
