[BUG] Voting option selection requires two clicks

Describe the bug

When selecting a voting option, two clicks are required to make a selection. The first unselects the current selection, the second selects the new selection.

If this is intentional to allow for "unselection", maybe make this an explicit option or document the behaviour.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to e.g. https://cast.fyi/#/proposal/4
2. Click on option 1. Nothing happens.
3. Click on option 1. Option 1 gets selected.
4. Click on option 2. Option 1 gets unselected. Option 2 is not selected.
5. Click on option 2. Option 2 gets selected.

Expected behavior

Selecting an option should select it without a second click.
