Feature request

GoogleTest MPI was updated to the newest Gtest version and we should follow by using the newest GoogleTest-MPI release.

Keeping up to date with thirdparty libs is important.

Update to the newest version of Googltest-MPI.

Ideally combine it directly with fetchContent #1984
