Bug: Mission describes cargo and passengers but does not fill ship

Desired behavior

• If the mission says it is loading something into your cargo hold it should take up at least 1 ton of mission cargo.
• If a mission describes carrying a passenger (such as Michael) one mission passenger should be taking a bunk seat.

Actual behavior

So far the intro missions where passengers and cargo is discussed do not take up any space in player ship.
