Update existing PR

Currently the module doesn't support in-line updates to an existing PR. Handle for... 
* Do I have an open PR?
* Is this file in an existing open PR?
...in user process. 

Handle for...
* Adding new file to both source and target branches (avoiding merge conflict)
* Rename/remove file
...in git flow.
