  Unable to view nav options to see logs when view logs is the only select permission on the admin section

• What is the expected behavior?
  view naviagtion options to view logs

• Steps to reproduce?

  1. Make Permission Group With Ability To View Logs
  2. Add a user to this group
  3. login as them
  4. note not able to view logs in sidebar
