Error 3090003: provided keys, permissions, and delays do not satisfy declared authorizations

Hello

I am getting this error! Anyone can help? I have swedencornet as producer name, I have created a wallet with the same name and has imported both Owner and Active keypairs. I have owner keypair in config.ini file as "signature-provider =". Now my wallet is unlocked and when I execute above command to register as a Producer I am getting this error:

./cleos.sh system regproducer "swedencornet" "EOS5np4D2tPgvmtmYmV5uFZ5oa5EYtvhVHbbvfMVLkPXv2tPbDQ3S" "https://swedencornet.wordpress.com/"

Error 3090003: provided keys, permissions, and delays do not satisfy declared authorizations
Ensure that you have the related private keys inside your wallet and your wallet is unlocked.
