Use a custom target instead of powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu

cargo is slowly gaining the ability to compile to custom targets via the -Z build-std option. At the moment it's still nightly only, but it's slowly worth exploring. We likely want to differentiate the version of Wind Waker via the target (#13)
