The goal is to establish a performance baseline for the PWA and identify any significant regressions or improvements compared to the existing tools. This data is critical for making informed decisions prior to release.

Objective
To measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across the three platforms, ensuring the PWA meets or exceeds the performance standards.

Scope of Testing
Test the following workflows on all three platforms:

• Application Cold Start: Time from launching the app to being fully interactive on the default page.
• Create a report, add a report item in the report, and submit the report.
