CSS Improvements Needed

There are several places where CSS improvements are needed, especially in the mobile view. I will catalog them here as I find them.

- Modals are not centered in mobile view
- About Me layout is off in mobile view
- Centering of page header is broken
- Photo stacks end up on top of text in project entries for mobile layouts
