Misc Pinpoint Bug Fixes

There are some minor bugs in the pinpoint app that should get fixed.

• Fix new event creation so that the user can select an event on creation. Or, automatically progress to the new event instead of only populating the dropdown.
• Fix map centering so that the entire map is in view on load.
• Fix the icons appearing when collapsing the accordion

I am making the executive decision to not spend company time trying to center the map.
