Unify styling for maps

Our outdoor maps do not have the same style. Redo them to have the same style.
Our blueprints do not have the same style. Either re-draw them or make them the same style some other way.

This is related to #138 since they both will update the campus map.

@awtpi314 I updated the outdoor maps again, see if you like the updates. I finally found a convenient-ish way of exporting to an SVG without the weird perspective issues.
