Idea / Feature
Show the difference in the number of public comments asking to pass or reject a bill vs the actual outcome of that bill.
Use Case / User Story
Show if there was a large difference between how public commenters felt vs the council position. How strong was this difference? I.e. were all public comments pro and all councilmembers voted against? Was public comment mixed and the vote contested?
