MsgStoreAndInstantiateContract should have an instantiate2 equivalent #2159
Description
as stated in the title, MsgStoreAndInstantiateContract should have an instantiate2 equivalent. currently it only supports the standard instantiate address derivation, but this is not useful if one wants to have deterministic addresses (say to use many MsgStoreAndInstantiateContract in one transaction).
