Bumping dependency on `filepath`.

As part of my project to add Copilot to the Fedora repositories, I would like to add copilot-bluespec to the Stack repos first (it makes it easier for Fedora later on). However there's a conflict regarding the dependency of filepath:

Error: [S-2422]
       Snapshot nightly-2025-05-05 does not have all the packages to match your requirements.

           filepath version 1.5.2.0 found
               - copilot-bluespec requires >=1.4 && <1.5

We should bump the upperbound of the dependency to fix this, preferably before the next release to keep things going.

Thanks for filing an issue! I have raised the upper version bounds on filepath in #40.

It appears that I cannot apply this change as a Hackage revision, as copilot-bluespec.cabal uses x-curation: uncurated (a property it inherits from copilot itself). I've opened a separate issue (#41) to make a new minor copilot-bluespec release to Hackage.
