Write coil doesn't send False

Hi, I just spotted that write coils writes True regardless of passing '0' or '1' as the flag. I've tested this with a real PLC and the UI appears to reflect the bug too (see gif).

I'm happy to investigate and put together a PR if you'd like, once I've worked it out?
