Add Course Registration functionality

Implement a registration modal for courses on our platform that contains all information about the course.
Currently, our courses are open to all without any registration, but we want to introduce a registration process similar to what popular online learning platforms like Coursera and Udemy have.

The course registration pages typically contain the following information and elements:

• Course Title and Description
• Instructor Information
• Course Content
• Reviews and Ratings (People who have already registered for the course must be able to rate the course and add reviews. Top reviews should be visible on the registration page)
• Enroll Button
• Duration and Time Commitment
• Course Format
• Syllabus
• Certification or Completion Information
• Frequently Asked Questions about the Course
• Prerequisites

Note:

• Create a new branch for every task to isolate changes
• Start working on the issue only when it is assigned to you
