Something I intend to fix later but it's total yak shaving if I do it right now.

Official repo has highlighting in `https://github.com/docker/docker/tree/master/contrib/syntax/vim` so any submodule for pathogen will need to only source the subdir of that
There's other repos that are unofficial, possibly worth using instead.
