Volume Recon Gallery Tutorial #1293
Description
We got a request for an example of of our volume estimator starting with a stack of images and orientations. This is sort of covered in some of the examples indirectly but it would be nice to have a specific example.
We should add a tutorial that demonstrates {MRC,ndarry} -> ArrayImageSource -> Adding Orientations/shifts (OrientedSource?) -> MeanEstimator.
In the same tutorial we can save that off (OrientedSource) and demonstrate performing just the MeanEstimator starting from a STARfile.
For some of the creation/saving details it might be nice to use the gallery feature that allows us to hide code blocks from rendering so that the tutorial is strictly focused on the recon, not obfuscated by recanting simulation examples etc.
