Make SLEEP_DURATION a configurable parameter #28
Description
To help mitigate the amount of bandwidth used, perhaps the SLEEP_DURATION could be made configurable.
I realize it is possible to trigger satpaper in "--once" mode based on a timer, but adding the configuration parameter would make it easier for most users.
