Unable to run this in Ropsten testnet

I have downloaded all the contracts from the github and am trying to run them in Ropsten testnet.
I have deployed the Basket Registry,followed by the Basket Factory and then trying to create a basket.
But the last step fails stating unable to deploy contract.
Coud you please let me know as to what should be the exact steps to deploy such.
