Upon /ahelp reload players are able to take GUI items

I feel like this could be solved by having all player booted out of gui before the plugin actually reloads. But this is a major issue on survival servers where this plugin is used as players abusing this are able to take barriers and other illegal items out of the gui upon a plugin reload. Id recommend fixing asap.

Thought I would add they need to have to gui open when the plugin is reloaded.
