Feature request: Restart behaviour "Random"

There's currently 2 restart behaviours:

• "Play the first file in the playlist" (which means the same song is always played first, despite using shuffle)
• "Restart playback of the current file" (which is finicky)

So I'd like to have an option to just play a random media in the playlist when restarting.
