Spacepix needs tests, badly.

I need to learn how to take advantage of Rust's robust and extensive built-in test suite. Spacepix needs tests written for it's methods, and it might needs some refactoring to make it easier to write tests for.

I added tests for the methods in Urls, but I still need to write tests for the methods in app.rs.
