Add searchable logs for webhooks

Currently, the webhook logs are not searchable to check issues in project tables. All logs visible on Github are lost whenever any new deployment goes up.

To avoid this and track webhook issues, need to add logs from console on all webhook events mapped to the build version.

Success criteria: All logs from current deployment to all future deployments visible and searchable to better understand sanctity of the system
