Move alerts to C4GT discord server #190
Description
As XT engg server may phase out in the coming months. All service level alerts on system health and new alerts of CRON to be moved to the C4GT server
Caveat:
- Updates channel to be separate for CRON update (daily) and system health
- New discord role/admin view only to these 2 channels -> to be visible only to PT, Esmagico and new folks from IIIT
