Create mobile designs / wireframes

Before we start building out the UI it would be good to have some initial wireframes/ high level designs to work from, then anyone who gets involved can work from a common baseline.

Note
this is not a full prototype of what we're going to build, just a high level overview of the features we've discussed, and will probably grow organically along with the product.

Do you have any recommendations for software for this?

I purposely omitted suggesting software lol but I'd probably use sketch because it's quite intuitive and easy to get started..
