How to 'launch the plugin'

Could you please update step 3 in the readme: "Launch the Heightmap Export plugin."

To something more specific? such as: Raster->Heightmap Export->Heightmap Export

Thanks for this plugin by the way - I only just realised that exporting heightmaps from Qgis was not as easy as i expected. I'm hoping this plugin will do the job.
