Ruby 3.4 is released! 🎉

There is a PR already: #188
But the specs are failing:

Ruby 3.4 was released 2 weeks ago. With such slowness, I am thinking, circleci, do you want people to use your services? I think Github Actions is actually much better in many directions.

I just used the 3.4.1 image and it worked great. Thank you to maintainers for supporting. I know 3.4 required a bit of work beyond the automated PRs and the timing of the ruby releases often aligns with time people take off. Appreciate your quick turnaround on getting this supported.
